“TRANSMISSION”, a collaborative digital 3D collage series by Edward Lobo (@hueman.ntr) & myself premiered at the African Ancient Futures exhibition, Whitespace Gallery in Lagos, Nigeria. Transmission I (Zulu) has also been exhibition on billboards across London, UK in a walking exhibition curated by flat 70 and JCDecaux.

This series explores African traditions of hair-dressing across time and space. From the Himba, to Zulu, and Swahili people, hair has brought physical and spiritual proximity, and facilitated intergenerational knowledge transmission across Africa and the diaspora.
